Join more than a thousand cyclists of all ages and skill levels at this award-winning event! In 2012, the event was awarded the 2011 Southern Delaware Tourism Recognition Award; an award given to an organization that has made an outstanding and significant contribution to enrich tourism in Sussex County.

EVENT REGISTRATION & CHECK IN
All registered cyclists must check in to pick up bibs and event shirts. All cyclists must be wearing their bib numbers to have access to event support (i.e. sag wagon, rest stops, etc.). Several options are available!

Adult Registrations $45 thru April 19 / $50 on April 20
Student Registrations $25 (for students under 18 years old)
Children under 5 ride free (will not receive goody bag or shirt)

Mon., April 15 to Thurs., April 18 • 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Avoid the rush on event day!
Check in early and register last minute cyclists the week before the event at the Information Center (located at 36913 Coastal Hwy., Fenwick Island, DE 19944).
- Last minute participants can register in person with cash, check or charge (Visa & MasterCard).
- Registered participants can pick up their bib numbers, event shirt, and goody bags.
- Have friends that just want a shirt? Event shirts will be available for purchase at the Information Center starting on April 15th!

Saturday, April 20 • 7:00 am to 8:30 am • PNC Bank, Bethany Beach
Last minute check in and day-of registration will be held the morning of the event.
- Last minute participants can register in person with cash, check or charge (Visa & MasterCard).
- Participants can pick up their bib numbers, event shirt and goody bags.
- Event shirts will be available for purchase from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm at this location.
- Last minute registration and check in will be held in the PNC parking lot at the corner of Pennsylvania Ave. & Garfield Parkway).

Participants that do not check in during the designated time will not have their shirts and bags held for later pick up.

BIKE TOUR QUICK INFO
• All routes start and end in Bethany Beach.
• All routes feature a ‘Show & Go’ start.
• Choose from a 5-, 30-, or 50-mile route. Completion of the ride is optional.
• All participants must complete a signed event waiver prior to packet pick up. Click here to download in advance.
• Sag Wagon* support available from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. sponsored by Fenwick Islander Bike Shop.
• Designated rest stops with restrooms, beverages and light snacks. Thank you to our Rest Stop Sponsors: Atlantic General Hospital, Beazer Homes, Bethany Beach Books, Good Earth Market, Mr. Natural Bottled Water & McCabe's Gourmet Market.
• First aid assistance provided by Atlantic General Hospital staff.
• Finish line festivities from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (live music, refreshments, games, and more!)
• The ride will take place rain or shine. However, if extreme weather is forecasted, the Bike Tour may be cancelled. No refunds will be given for any reason.

*Sag wagons are not available for tired cyclists and will only drive cyclists to the nearest rest stop, bike shop or to the registration area.

SAFETY 101
• All participants must complete an event waiver prior to participating in the ride.
• Participants age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult and must wear a helmet.
• All participants are expected to obey all traffic laws and Delaware bicycle laws.

Due to the number of cyclists on the roads event day, all cyclists must follow the below schedule to ensure the safety of everyone. Please refer to cue sheet for hours and locations of each rest stop. Bib numbers must be visible for entry at all rest stops. Maps will link to Map My Ride. Please use Bethany Beach's Town Hall address of: 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. All routes will start and end at the intersection of Garfield Pkwy. & Pennsylvania Ave.

Directions to the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce
The chamber offices are located 5 miles south of Bethany Beach on Coastal Highway (on the ocean side) and will be open for check in from Monday, April 15th through Friday, April 19th. Please see event description for hours.
